Job Description

We are seeking a PHP Developer responsible for WordPress/Shopify development and customization, including creating plugins, themes. This position requires programming skills of core PHP/MYSQL, JavaScript, Jquery, and knowledge of HTML5, CSS3. The candidate should have a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems.

The candidate should have good skills in liquid programming and templates.

Interview Type: F2F/Telephonic

Responsibilities :

- Establishing and guiding the website's architecture

- Work on setup, install and configure WordPress, Squarespace, Shopify & Plugins

- Designing and implementing new features and functionality

- Developing templates and plugins from scratch

- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the

- Implementing effective, responsive design and turning it into a working theme and plugin.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Solid understanding of WordPress or Magento and other CMS technologies

- Understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery

- Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)

- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as GIT

- Strong understanding of PHP back-end development
