We are looking for an HTML Designer, who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming.

We are growing quickly so you will be able to work on the latest technologies, follow the highest quality standards for product development and work independently in a closely knitted team. We have a healthy foundation and are looking for an individual to bring their talents to help us continue to deliver quality projects.

Key Skills Required:
1) Should have strong HTML, CSS table-less design knowledge and experience.
2) command of HTML, CSS, and its frameworks
3) Very good understanding of web mark-up, including HTML5 and CSS3
4) Strong knowledge of web standards.
5) Should have strong knowledge about Responsive Web Design and Bootstrap framework
6) Familiarity with WordPress and its APIs
7) Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React Js is an advantage
8) Experience in debugging & troubleshooting.
Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3-5 yrs of relevant experience required
- Ability to lead & deliver projects with a strong sense of ownership
 - Good communication skills.
 - Develop and manage productivity and lead a design team for producing effective design continuously on a regular basis.
 - Responsible for task allocation and effective resource utilization to meet deadlines through prioritization.
 - Coming up with constant enhancements and improvements in team processes as and when needed.
 - Monitoring team performance through various parameters. Helping them increase their productivity through the best solutions.
 - Coordinating with different teams for the best results.
 - Manage and monitor product enhancement from concept to design, wireframe, implementation, testing, and after the testing process to improve user experience.
 - Develop new user-facing features and ensure timely delivery from the team
 - Build reusable code and libraries for future use
 - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
 - Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability
 - Must be detail-oriented and have the ability to deliver on time
 - Perform code reviews and design reviews
 - Work closely with Product Managers, Clients to align technology choices with business requirements
 - Must be highly organized and committed to a team environment.
