5. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with senior team members to address and resolve client inquiries and issues during the implementation phase.
6. Testing: Work with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure the software functions as intended and meets client requirements.
7. Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering client feedback and providing insights to our product development team for continuous improvement.
8. Project Support: Provide support in project management, ensuring that implementation timelines are met and project goals are achieved.
9. Client Support: Learn to provide ongoing support and serve as a point of contact for client’s post-implementation.
10. Training Materials: Assist in developing and updating training materials, tutorials, and resources to help clients effectively use the software.
