We at Link8 are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our team. As an AI Developer, you will be responsible for leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and algorithms to enhance our business processes, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement AI solutions tailored to our specific needs.



Responsibilities:



- Design and develop AI models and algorithms to automate business processes.

- Implement natural language processing (NLP) techniques.

- Build machine learning models to predictive analysis and performance based on historical data and key indicators.

- Develop chatbots or virtual assistants to provide personalized engagement and support throughout the business process.

- Integrate AI-driven tools and technologies into our platforms to optimize efficiency, data collection, and decision-making.

- Collaborate with internal teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify AI opportunities within the recruitment ecosystem.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, machine learning, and NLP to bring innovative solutions to our business processes.

- Conduct research and experiments to improve existing AI models and algorithms, striving for continuous optimization.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation to ensure high-quality and maintainable AI solutions.



Qualifications:



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on recruitment-related projects.

- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Java.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP techniques, and statistical models.

- Experience with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, scikit-learn) and NLP tools (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy).

- Proficiency in working with large datasets, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.

- Familiarity with recruitment platforms, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR technology is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

- Proactive mindset with a passion for staying updated with the latest AI advancements and technologies.
