- Collaborate with internal teams, data scientists, and stakeholders to understand requirements and identify AI opportunities within the recruitment ecosystem.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies, machine learning, and NLP to bring innovative solutions to our business processes.
- Conduct research and experiments to improve existing AI models and algorithms, striving for continuous optimization.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an AI Developer or in a similar role, with a focus on recruitment-related projects.

- Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP techniques, and statistical models.
