ARCOS Scope of Work
In order for the smooth functioning and fine tuning of Solution ARCOS in Kotak Bank, Vendor Resource would provide resource for the following scope of work:
Vendor resource will have a clear service ownership, accountability, role and response.
Vendor Resource will provide proactive support on ARCOS prod & UAT server implementation.
Vendor Resource will provide password management support for all ARCOS users.
The resource will provide OEM support. (ARCOS call support & troubleshooting)
The resource will perform ARCOS Id review access on regular basis as suggested by the customer.
The resource will perform Access clean up review with KMBL stake holders.
The resource will perform ARCOS application, gateway and DB server monitoring 24x7.
The resource will check the all ARCOS services, make sure all services are up and running.
Vendor Resource resource will provide any other support services required by KMBL for ARCOS.
Provide daily monitoring and report distribution as per KMBL schedule
Preparing SOP and regular updating of the SOP
Providing evidences required by auditors.
Ensuring password management for all the services integrated in ARCOS.
Conducting regular password manage review and take needful action on unmanaged ID’s.
Ensuring backup of all the ARCOS components.
Ensuring activity and log recording is happening for all the services.
Ensuring support to all the Arcos users for their workorder and incident as per defined SLA.
