Job Description

1. Position : Manager Electrical

2. Qualification : Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering

3. Experience : 15-20 Years

4. Posting at : Murthal (Sonipat) Plant

5. Salary : 60-70 K per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Attend electrical break down entire factory premises.
2. Ensure proper supply of power to all departments without any loss of production and also in the
administration block.
3. Preventive maintenance of all electrical equipments including panels.
4. Improvement in power factor and reducing the electricity bill.
5. Inspection of all incoming electrical items.
6. Ensure economic and efficient running of DG sets.
7. Proper recording of consumption of DG/Power / other related spares.
8. Monitor and compare power generation cost with State Electricity Board power cost.
9. Submission of process cost information to the management.
10. Ensure smooth inspection of HT, transformers / generators.
11. Prepare indent for the required spares as per requirement.
12. Proper housekeeping and cleaning of entire electrical workshops, panels, rooms, fans, exhaust
fans, Insect Killers, tube lights etc.
13. Down time analysis.
14. Departmental discipline, control of absenteeism and handling worker grievances.
15. Giving continuous attention on improving systems.
16. Assisting VP Technical in solving day to day problems.
17. Listing departmental grievance and resolution.
18. Maintaining discipline in department.
19. Maintaining Good Manufacturing and Good Hygiene practice in department.
20. Ensure applicable Personal protective Equipment usage in department.
21. Identification of training needs, relieving staff for training & verification of training effectiveness.
22. Ensure safe working condition in department.
23. Compliance of Food Safety Management System requirements.
24. Fork Lift smooth running and their maintenance; also provide separate Fork Lift to each
department in Plant.
25. Ensure smooth running of all utilities.
