Job Description

* To coordinate with the cloud companies or SaaS providers

* Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure network security.

* Monitor server performance, manage user access and permissions, and apply security patches and updates.

* Create and manage user accounts and access rights.

* Provide technical support to users, address their IT-related issues, and offer training when necessary.

* Implement security measures to safeguard the organization's IT infrastructure, including firewalls, antivirus software, and intrusion detection systems.

* Regularly update and patch software to protect against vulnerabilities.

* Create and enforce IT security policies and guidelines.

* Set up and manage data backup systems to ensure data integrity and availability.

* Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.

* Install, update, and maintain software applications across the organization.

* Ensure proper licensing compliance for all software.

* Procure, install, and maintain hardware components, such as computers, printers, and peripherals.

* Diagnose and repair hardware issues as needed.

* Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement.

* Optimize systems for efficient operation and resource utilization.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of the organization's IT infrastructure, including network diagrams, system configurations, and user guides.

* Collaborate with various departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.

* Participate in strategic planning to align IT infrastructure with the organization's goals.

* Work with technology vendors to procure hardware, software, and services.

* Evaluate vendor proposals and solutions to determine their suitability for the organization's needs.

* Stay up-to-date with technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in IT administration.
